Through the path of embodied curiosity and compassionate movement, I’m motivated to the continuation of learning different movement disciplines and forms of yoga, which enables me to observe my internal experience and to get a better understanding of my own personal process of growth and teaching.
Andreina’s approach to yoga is through an embodied experience of asana, somatic exploration, breath awareness, chanting, and movement. Andreina is motivated to glide you through a fluid, breath-focused vinyasa that emphasizes mindfulness-sensing, feeling with open awareness and curiosity to reclaim the innate intelligence of our body wisdom, and mental freedom.
She loves to explore the power of the voice through kirtan and mantras with her harmonium.
She believes our practice helps us to show up for ourselves with consistency so we find our capacity for a bigger, deeper love and understanding of ourselves and our relationship to our environment and each other.
