In addition, it provides a good preparation for childbirth and recovery after birth.
The techniques of Relaxation, Breathing and Meditation strongly benefit the nervous system, contributing to a general state of serenity, confidence and internal security (essential bases for motherhood). They provide greater internal listening, sensitivity and bonding with your baby. Consciousness is magnified and intuition strongly developed.
The baby also benefits greatly from these lessons, for everything he absorbs during pregnancy has a great influence on his formation as a new Being. The tranquility, connection, integration and well-being felt during practice are undoubtedly small seeds of Happiness directly planted in the womb and assimilated by the baby.
