Vinyasa Flow Yoga is a form of yoga where the breath moves into a deep awareness to guide the body on moving with fluidity. Through creative sequences, we emphasize on developing strength and precision in alignments to give balance and also greater consciousness to mind and body.
Most of the classes begin with a focused breathing exercise which helps to centre and quiet the mind, followed by some yin poses or some stretches, and then progressing into sun salutations. This goes in order to guide the body through sequences. This way participants will explore standing poses, balancing poses, backbends and/or inversions to rise through our whole being.
All levels are welcome.
These classes are led in english or spanish.
