The effects and benefits of Yoga are:

At the Physical level, Yoga is a health maintenance system. Through a complete program of physical postures allows to stretch, strengthen, tone and align the entire body. Body awareness is strongly developed. It thus promotes the adoption of healthier lifestyles with prophylactic action at the level of health in general.

On the Emotional level, the practice of Yoga promotes a state of calm and tranquility. This contributes to greater emotional stability, release of accumulated tensions and reduction of anxiety levels. Relaxation techniques and focus of attention during the practice of Yoga increase internal strategies to deal with everyday stress.

At the Mental level, the practice of Yoga reduces the agitation of the mind, increases levels of mental concentration, stimulates memory, creativity, mental clarity, discernment and the ability to make decisions.

At the Spiritual level, Yoga is a system of personal development, harmonizing the individual with himself and with everything that surrounds him. Yoga helps each person to chart and go their own way. It certainly boosts the ability to overcome obstacles through greater self-awareness and self-confidence. Which is why it leads to greater personal fulfillment.
