Dynamic Yoga is a style of Hatha Yoga that combines elements of Iyengar and Ashtanga Yoga. Emphasizing the body’s alignment, correct execution of postures and regulation of breath, it provides the development of inner consciousness.
These classes offer dynamic and physically demanding practices that develop strength, flexibility and balance in a state of tranquility and mental concentration.
In addition to the physical postures, various techniques of breathing, meditation and relaxation are also explored, producing deep physical, mental and spiritual benefits.
In the studio we have auxiliary materials to facilitate the execution of postures, in order to respect the different levels of physical fitness of students and their individual characteristics. We also offer several variants of postures that suit different levels of practice.
Both novice and experienced yoga practitioners are welcome in these classes!
