Created by dancer and choreographer Inês Jacques, the Ballerina Body® method creatively combines exercises from various dance techniques to a fitness vision.
It looks at dance beyond its artistic side, that is, as an extremely complete and truly current physical activity.
This activity combines several techniques of dance, from which stands out the classic ballet, in exercises in which the weight of the body itself is the greatest ally.
Also used are contemporary dance techniques, bar-on-the-ground, pilates and yoga. These provide posture correction, flexibility and muscle definition, thus leading to a slim and toned silhouette.
It is not a class directed at anyone who wants to dance, nor does it intend to train dancers. It’s a class for those who would like to have a ballerina body!
